Usually, we have a short chat on what are your goals. Perhaps you are looking for a bigger house or you wish to explore your possible options.
Let me know what you need. I pride myself on being a good listener.
For us to have a meaningful discussion, what I usually need are your financial figures. These numbers include your household income, your CPF contributions, your available investable cash plus any liabilities or debt you might be servicing. However, you can reveal this information later – after the initial chat.
I like to think so! LOL. I also know there are many other agents out there. So you have plenty of choices.
